AN ACT to amend and reenact
§
16-41-7 of the Code of West Virginia,
1931, as amended, relating to continuation of the Oral Health
Program.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That
§
16-41-7 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 41. ORAL HEALTH IMPROVEMENT ACT.
§16-41-7. Continuation of the Oral Health Program.
Pursuant to the provisions of article ten, chapter four of
this code, the Oral Health Program shall continue to exist until
the first day of July, two thousand seven, unless sooner
terminated, continued or reestablished.
